The three inspection levels
Standards define three levels so you pay only for the depth your situation needs:
- Level 1 — the routine annual check for a chimney in regular use with no known problems. We examine the readily accessible portions inside and out.
- Level 2 — adds a video scan of the full flue. Required before a home sale, after a chimney fire or earthquake, or when you change fuel or appliances.

What we check

When you need an inspection
